With our latest release, ValYouRise brings AI directly into the OKR workflow — not to replace human judgment, but to augment it.

AI Copilot for OKR Assistance

The new AI copilot is available inside every workspace. It can:

• Suggest Key Results based on your objectives and team context.
• Audit existing OKRs for common pitfalls — vague language, missing metrics, or misaligned scope.
• Generate action items that break down key results into concrete next steps.

The copilot uses your workspace context (items, links, team structure) to provide relevant suggestions instead of generic templates. Conversations are persisted, so you can revisit and refine advice over time.

Organization Enrichment

For organizations that are just getting started, our AI enrichment feature (org_scrape) automatically gathers publicly available information about your company and pre-fills organization profiles. This saves setup time and ensures your team starts with accurate context.

The enrichment pipeline uses OpenAI with a heuristic fallback, so it stays reliable even when the AI service is unavailable.

Team Skill Profiles

Understanding what your team can do — and what they want to do — is essential for effective goal assignment. The new skills feature lets team members define their profile across four dimensions:

• Can: Current capabilities and expertise.
• Should: Expected competencies for their role.
• Want: Growth areas and career aspirations.
• Constraints: Limitations, availability, or boundaries.

Workspace admins can use this data to align OKR ownership with team strengths and development goals.

Progress Reports

Tracking OKRs is an ongoing process. The new reports feature lets workspace members create periodic progress snapshots with:

• Overall workspace health indicators.
• Per-objective progress summaries.
• Historical comparison across report periods.

Reports are stored per workspace and accessible to all members, creating a shared record of what the team accomplished.
